Blue View Terrace is a spectacularly well-appointed share house located in Kismet, Fire Island, one of the most pleasant places you could ever hope to spend a summer weekend. We pride ourselves on having a ridiculously long season, breathtakingly beautiful views, and a very long list of amenities, including everything from bicycles and kayaks to boogie boards and barbecue grills… not to mention three always well stocked refrigerators. You would have a hard time finding a happier bunch of beachnuts anywhere on Fire Island.

Just six houses from the ocean, BVT is conveniently located on Seabay Walk, a short stroll from the ferries...and a quick pedal to Saltaire, Fair Harbor, Dunewood, Lonelyville, Atlantiqueand Ocean Beach. 

 

We also sport the tallest vantage point in Kismet, and it's a beauty... our 800 square feet of rooftop deck is the highest in western Fire Island and affords us a 360° panoramic view, from beach to bay and back again.

 

Quarter-shares entitle our housemates to fourteen weekends away from the city, or whatever else you want to get away from. Half-shares can come out for as many as twenty-five weekends. Midweek time is always available and is absolutely free of charge to all house members.
